Bookings
Lessons are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Gentle Path Driving School. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where it is not appropriate to proceed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to one lesson's cost. Repeated late cancellations may result in cancellation of prepaid packs without refund.
Prepaid Lesson Packs
Prepaid lesson packs are non-refundable. Unused lessons may be transferred to a family member with prior written notice.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to be ready and waiting at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in lesson forfeiture. Students must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during a lesson. You must wear appropriate footwear: this means no thongs, bare feet, shoes without heel support or clogs with soles thicker than 3 cm.
Vehicle
All lessons are conducted in the instructor's dual-controlled, insured vehicle. Students must not bring food, drinks, or smoking materials into the vehicle. Any damage caused by the student may be charged accordingly.

Gentle Path Driving School collects personal information for the purpose of scheduling, communication, and log book records. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Gentle Path Driving School carries full instructor and public liability insurance as required by SA law. We are not liable for any consequential loss arising from delayed or cancelled lessons.
